About Caroline

Caroline Purcell is team lead, mortgage loan originator at First Federal Lakewood and has over 25 years of experience in banking. She began her career as a mortgage loan underwriter at the bank and made her way to her current role where she loves assisting clients with their lending needs.

Caroline’s areas of expertise include mortgage lending with focuses on conventional, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), HomeStyle, and construction to permanent loans.

She is an active volunteer in her community, raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She is also a mortgage loan originator representative for the Lakewood Pride Fund Home Repair Loan Guaranty Program. Caroline has been awarded the President’s Club Milestone awards every year from 2015-2023.

Caroline received her certificate of completion in underwriting from Hondros College and her certificate of completion for the ABA Compliance School.
