Initial APRs & payments are based on $165,000.00 loan amount, 360 months, Single Family Primary Detached Residence, with 25% down payment and a 760+ FICO and Debt to Income ratio not to exceed 40.00% Subsequent payments are based off the “Recent Index” value plus the margin rounded to the nearest 1/8 for the remainder of the term. Future index values may be greater (or less) than the stated “recent index” values causing actual future principal and interest payments to be different than stated here. Loans with less of a down payment may require mortgage insurance which will increase the monthly payment. Taxes and insurance are required but not included in payment amounts. Rates are based on a 30-day rate lock. All conforming ARM products have margins of 2.75%. This product has a variable rate feature. Interest rate is based on the Wall Street Journal Prime (Index) and a margin, as applicable. Maximum interest rate is 21%. Minimum monthly payments are interest only for 120 months. At the end of the initial 120 months no more advances of credit will occur and any remaining balance converts to a principal and interest payment for the next 120 months as provided for in the Agreement. Homeowners insurance is required. Flood insurance required, as applicable. This product has a $50 annual fee. Minimum loan amount is $10,000. Maximum loan amount for Home Equity Lines of Credit is $500,000. Primary residences only. Rates shown here are for loan with a CLTV (Combined Loan to Value) of 80% or less, FICO credit score of 740 or greater, and a debt-to-income ratio of less than or equal to 43%. Other rate and terms may be available if eligibility criteria can’t be met. Subject to credit and underwriting guidelines. Other restrictions may apply.
