SBA 7(a) Loan

The SBA 7(a) term Loan can be the key to your business success.

The SBA 7(a) Loan can be used for: 

  • Acquiring, refinancing or improving real estate and buildings
  • Short- and long-term working capital 
  • Refinancing current business debt 
  • Purchasing and installation of machinery and equipment

  • Changes of ownership (complete or partial)

SBA 504 Loan

When your business needs to acquire or refinance real estate or acquire fixed assets, you’ll want to consider a 504 loan.

  • Long-term, fixed-rate term loan
  • Maximum loan amount for most: $5 million
  • Maximum loan amount for manufacturers: $5.5 million
  • Borrower down payment may be as low as 10%
  • Must meet additional eligibility requirements
  • Terms up to 25 years available

The SBA 504 Loan  can be used for a range of assets that promote business growth and job creation. 

These include the purchase or construction of existing buildings or land, new facilities, or long-term machinery and equipment. It can be used for the improvement or modernization of land, streets, utilities, parking lots and landscaping, and existing facilities. 

A 504 Loan  cannot  be used for working capital or inventory; consolidating, repaying or refinancing debt; or speculation or investment in rental real estate.

SBA Express Loan

Backed by the Small Business Administration, the SBA Express is either a term loan or a line of credit.

  • Fixed- or variable-rate loans available
  • Maximum loan amount: $500,000
  • Credit lines of up to 10 years
  • Borrower down payment 10% for commercial real estate; or other purposes 
  • Must meet additional eligibility requirements

The SBA Express Loan can be used for:

  • Business expansion or acquisition
  • Franchise
  • Start-up costs
  • Commercial real estate purchase or renovations
  • Working capital and equipment
