Caroline Purcell

Caroline Purcell has been with First Federal Lakewood for 17 years, serving in the Lakewood branch office for the past 15 years. As a Mortgage Loan Originator with more than 22 years of mortgage experience, Caroline helps customers finance the purchase, refinance, rehabilitation or construction of new homes. She works closely with customers and has extensive experience with FHA, VA and conventional loans, which helps ensure customers can choose the right mortgage for their needs and that the entire process runs smoothly. Caroline serves a full range of customers, including first-time home buyers, many of whom take advantage of the First Time Homebuyer Program offered through the City of Lakewood. For customers who are not quite ready for the mortgage process, she works with them to develop a plan to prepare for homeownership by reviewing credit issues and ways to resolve them, offering tips on how to save money for a down payment and more. Caroline received the First Federal Lakewood Award of Excellence and is a member of the First Federal Lakewood President’s Club. She enjoys volunteering for a number of community events in Lakewood, including Light up Lakewood, the Lakewood Chocolate Walk and the Lakewood Wine and Craft Beer Festival.
