Summary: Enter to win from July 1 – July 10, 2025 (“Contest Entry Period”) for a chance to throw out the first pitch, a six pack of tickets and one parking pass (estimate value $250) to the July 26 Lake Erie Crushers Baseball Game. No purchase or deposit is required to enter the giveaway. The chances of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferrable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.
To Enter: Submit an entry form by visiting FFL.bank/crushers during the Contest Entry Period. There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes during the Contest Entry Period. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entrants may enter only by using the entry method described in these rules.
Prize: The winner will throw out the first pitch at the July 26 Lake Erie Crushers game and will receive a six pack of tickets, with parking (estimate value $250). The winner will be announced on July 14, 2025. Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older as of July 10, 2025. By participating, entrants represent and warrant they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and their respective household members, whether related, of First Federal Lakewood and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by July 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. est. The decision of First Federal Lakewood is final, need not be present to win. First Federal Lakewood will notify the winner by email or telephone on Monday, July 14. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of email or telephone notification, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected using the same criteria. The prize will be distributed within 30 days from the day First Federal Lakewood receives the winner’s response of prize notification. By entering this drawing, participants agree that any drawing information sent to First Federal Lakewood becomes the property of First Federal Lakewood and may be posted and/or published.
